Izabella

I just watched this episode almost a week late. Due to 2 weekends of visitors and only 3 days in between, I didn't have time to stalk MTV and catch the episode even though I knew it was being replayed 10,000 times.

I finally watched most of the episode online but my computer was being a bitch so I had to listen to some scenes with the screen frozen. One of those scenes was when Izabella was getting her naked belly measured and I had to look at her stretch marks for an extended period of time.

I didn't get to document all of my thoughts on the computer as I watch like I enjoy, I still have some comments.

I liked this couple. They definitely get my vote to be on Teen Mom 3.

First off, Jairo drives a car. He does have one scene where he zooms off quickly, but he came back and discussed his situation calmly. I like him. He doesn't work, which bothers me, but he is nice. His family was definitely not interested in being a part of this show, so we don't know much about where he comes from.

I identified with Izabella not wanting to announce her pregnancy. I don't know, it's not my favorite activity and avoid that kind of attention no matter what. I think that announcing the birth of a baby without announcing a pregnancy is completely acceptable. Her friend is being a bitch for being mad.

Izabella's parents are still clearly treating their daughter like a child. She is still a child and as long as she respects and obeys her parents, I see nothing wrong with them supporting her through this situation. I don't think she is "spoiled" at all. Not like Chelsea from Teen Mom 2 who was completely supported by her Dad, but defied his wishes that she finish High School and keep away from Adam. That was a hot mess if you ask me.

Izabella's uncle Luigi was kind of a jerk, but I'm glad he came out and actually said he was disappointed in Izabella getting herself knocked up.

I think this couple would be super on Teen Mom 3. Not too much drama, but a little drama potential with Jairo not finishing school or working!

I just got smart and Googled Teen Mom 3. It looks like Teen Mom 3 will return in July! And the cast? Maci, Catelynn, Amber and Farrah. I'm okay with that. We can't go wrong with the original.

It also appears that Teen Mom 4 is planned but no casting information. Hmmmmm. . .
