I feel the need to create a whole new blog so I can comment on one of my favorite shows on television. I only know 2 other people over the age of 30 that watch Teen Mom, but it sounded like fun when I tweeted my idea (they did too). Now that I think about it, I think that one of those friends won't be 30 until April.
I will start with the first season of Teen Mom. It featured Farrah, Amber, Catelynn and Maci.
Farrah was from Council Bluffs, Iowa. I was there 2 weeks ago and I was on the lookout for her the whole evening. She was not a server at the Pizza Ranch but I'm sure she was working at the Olive Garden because that is where we decided not to go. Farrah's daughter was the best looking of all of the babies on season one. I didn't mind Farrah, she was pretty and not too much of a bitch. Most of the crying that she did was 100% warranted. She had a sad story.
Amber was. . . Amber was. . . let's not mention Amber. You can probably read about it in People magazine.
I loved Catelynn and her boyfriend Tyler. They gave their child up for adoption in an attempt to make a smart and grown up decision. Catelynn's mom was not a fan of her decision. Catelynn's step dad Butch was also her boyfriend's father. Butch was in and out of jail the whole season. Oh boy, I think Catelynn and Tyler did a good job despite their messed up home life. Tyler always wore a hat that said "Balliterra". Balliterra is his last name and if I had a last name as cool as that, I would wear it on my hat on a daily basis too.
I thought Maci's story was pretty boring.
I know people in a professional capacity who work at her attorney's office. I don't think they enjoyed it when she came into the office so much.
